Before the Ride
$90
Pre-Performance
Session is focused on preparing the horse’s body for activity. Gentle, purposeful bodywork can help encourage relaxation, body awareness, comfortable mobility, and readiness for movement.
The goal is to help your horse feel balanced and connected without leaving them overly relaxed or fatigued before they perform.
Each session is tailored to the individual horse and the demands of their upcoming activity.
Pre-Travel
Travel can be physically demanding for a horse, even when the trip seems routine. Standing in a trailer requires the horse to constantly adjust their balance, brace through their body, and use their muscles differently than they would while standing in a stall or pasture.
A Pre-Travel Equine Bodywork Session is designed to help your horse start the journey feeling balanced, comfortable, and prepared for the demands of going down the road.
The ideal timing can vary depending on the individual horse, the type and length of travel, and how your horse typically responds to bodywork. Your horse's response and comfort should always guide the approach.
Pre and post-performance/travel bodywork supports your horse with massage and trigger point therapy designed around the physical demands of training, competition and travel.
Performance Bodywork

After the Stride $110
Post-Performance
After exercise or competition, bodywork provides an opportunity to help your horse transition from work back into recovery.
The session focuses on supporting circulation while the muscles are warm, comfortable movement, and addressing any new areas that may have experienced increased physical demand.
Post-Travel
Every horse handles travel differently. Some step off the trailer ready to go, while others need more time to relax and settle into their surroundings and normal movement.
A Post-Travel Equine Bodywork Session gives your horse an opportunity to relax, release accumulated tension, and return to a more comfortable state after the demands of the journey.
It isn't about pushing the horse through fatigue or soreness. It's about listening to their body, meeting them where they are, and supporting their individual needs.
Allow your horse time to decompress, hydrate, rest, and settle after travel. Bodywork can be one piece of a thoughtful post-travel recovery routine.

Performance Package
$175
Whether your horse is competing, training, trail riding, or performing regular work, a thoughtful pre- and post-performance and travel bodywork routine can be an important part of supporting their overall comfort and well-being.
NOTE: These options or combination of them will be discussed at the time of booking to make sure it is appropriate for your horse and timeline of the event.
